Siransija：政府员工绩效评估系统
Siransija is a performance measurement system developed by DINAS KOMINFO AND STATISTIK PROVINSI GORONTALO for government employees in the context of attitude and character change. The system aims to promote high performance and achievement among employees by measuring three key elements of the Revolusi Mental initiative: Integrity, Work Ethic, and Collaboration.

Integrity, which accounts for 40% of the overall assessment, is measured through various indicators such as attendance (weighted at 75%), LHKPN/LHKASN (weighted at 10%), SPT (weighted at 5%), findings (weighted at 5%), and ASN Behavioral Pact (weighted at 5%). Work Ethic, with a weightage of 50%, is assessed based on the achievement of SKP (weighted at 60%) and physical target achievement based on E-Monev data (weighted at 40%). Lastly, Collaboration, with a weightage of 10%, evaluates participation in collective activities (weighted at 3%) and morning and afternoon gatherings (weighted at 7%).
The scores obtained from this application are used as the basis for calculating allowances for government employees. Siransija provides a comprehensive and structured approach to performance evaluation, enabling employees to strive for excellence and contribute to the development of the province.
